Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is the face of the company. They provide support with listings and maintain a positive relationship with each member of the team. From correspondence to all parties and deadline management, the administrative assistant helps CBMP Brokers to the next level for current and future business.
Expectations:
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30-5pm, In-office
• Knowledge of professional office environment
• Listing publication emails to outside brokers
• Strong attention to detail
• Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback
• Assists with real estate transactions
• Assist with special projects, office meetings and events
• Professional dress and demeanor
Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Office 365 knowledge
• Real estate office experience (a plus)
• Administrative office experience (a plus)
• Valid Driver’s license (required)
• Notary Public Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• CO Real Estate License (or willing to obtain)
